Why we drive sports cars with a passion

It’s hard to get tired or bored of writing about sports cars when there are so many of them, and they just don’t stop coming.
The reasons are obvious: people like to drive, people like to be seen in sports cars. The people who buy these cars understand inherently that there’s more to cars than just getting from point A to point B.
It can be a thrill, a sheer rush of excitement and joy. It isn’t unlike why we visit theme parks to ride on roller coasters. Except with a roller coaster, it’s all determined for you what’s going to happen.
With a sports car, everything is in your hands. This is also one of the reasons why the most popular transmission is manual.
Things are more fun when you’re in control.
