Invicta S1 600 GT 2+2

The Ivicta S1 is a British-made car that recently added rear seats.

You can choose from a few Ford-sourced V8s, with the most powerful producing 600 horsepower and capable of delivering a 0-60 time in less than 4 seconds.

Invicta has moved the engine to the rear in order to improve the S1’s balance. The car’s body is made of carbon-fiber, bonded to a tubular steel spaceframe chassis that optimizes rigidity and crashworthiness while keeping the car’s weight down to 1,380kg (2760 lbs).

How exclusive is it, you ask? Well, The company makes only one product, and only builds one per month.

Mazda Furai Concept

Furai is Japanese for “sound of the wind.”

It’s tuned to run on 100% E100 ethanol produced in partnership by British Petroleum.

It’ll be a mid-engine, rotary car built on top of a Courage C65 chassis that Mazda used to run in the American Le Mans Series. The three-rotor Wankel engine tuned to run on the ethanol will pump out about 450hp.

The looks appear to be similar to the supercar Zonda made by Pagani, but also has it’s own unique characteristics that make it look very streamline.

The Mazda Furai is set to be shown in the ‘08 Detroit Auto Show along side the revised 2009 Mazda RX-9.

2010 Acura NSX confirmed by Honda

Honda has confirmed that the Acura NSX will be released in 2010.

“We are developing it without any delay, so most probably we will have it in the period we already promised,” says American Honda President and CEO Tetsuo Iwamura says, adding that means the car will arrive in 2010.

The 2010 Acura NSX is expected to be powered a V10 engine producing in excess of 500 hp.

The NSX was originally planned to have been shown side by side by it’s rival the Nissan Skyline GTR, but the NSX was a no-show.

The Bugatti Veyron: The World’s Fastest and Most Expensive Car

The Bugatti Veyron is a supercar designed by Volkswagen, it is fastest accelerating and most expensive car in the world.

It is powered by a W16 (that’s two V8s) engine that produces 1001 horsepower and has 4 turbochargers.

It accelerates from 0-60 in 2.46 seconds and 0-100 in 5.5 seconds and has a top speed of 253 mph.

It’s 1/4 mile time is 10.2 seconds at 143 mph.

Not only was the Ferrari F430 one of the most powerful supercars on the market, the Ferrari F430 GT2 has just been released.

The changes are very few; mainly because the previous year’s model was an a spectacular success. Hey, don’t fix what doesn’t need to be changed. It won the GT2 titles in both the FIA GT series and the American Le Mans Series, all while the F2007 took the Formula One title.
